Technical Services & project management help the government build stuff. Project ManagementProject Management provides the regional delivery of the projects, manages the process, budget schedule, scope, quality and risk of project implementation. Project Management administers the contracts with Architects and Engineering consultants and construction contractors. It authorizes expenditures, changes and reports the physical and financial status to the client and community.Technical Services Technical Services supports the Capital Planning Process through the preparation of a project brief that describes cost estimates, scheduling, site selection and life cycle costs. It also provides continuing support to the Regional Project Staff through the construction phase until completion. |
